Work Surveys

A great way to anticipate any issues and improve service and performance!

Let us design a climate survey to help you assess your staff attitudes and your organisational strengths and weaknesses. We can compare individual work units, as well as departments and the company as a whole. Or you may prefer to have us assess the service delivery to your clients?

We first agree on objectives and major sections, then develop the appropriate questionnaires and rating scales. Usually we start with a series of one on one interviews and some focus groups, to see what the key issues are for your organisation. Then we conduct a quantitative survey, either hard copy or online, and then provide detailed analysis and recommendations in an agreed format.

Once in place, the quantitative survey can be repeated in subsequent years to track changes in attitudes.
