EVE ASH’S KEYNOTE ADDRESS – WELL RECEIVED In the last 2 weeks Eve has zoomed around the country speaking at the Forums for National Career Development Week. Eve’s keynote address was heard in Albury, Canberra, Darwin, Alice Springs and finally Perth – all in 5 working days! Here’s the feedback: "Eve played a significant role as keynote speaker in the National Career Development Week forums in making them the success that they were. She combines an interesting and original theoretical framework for looking at career planning and employability skills with judiciously selected case study material. While the content of her presentations was excellent her delivery was also second to none. She engaged her audiences perfectly using an impressive range of communication strategies, the effectiveness of which was confirmed through subsequent discussion during the rest of the forums where her ideas were frequently quoted. She displayed a capacity to adjust the program in response to audience characteristics – size, interests, time constraints – resulting in seamless, focussed, entertaining and inspiring presentations. She was also extremely easy to work with, showing a ready willingness indeed enthusiasm for getting the best possible outcomes. Delegate feedback confirmed all of this – we could not have asked for anyone better to do the job we envisaged for the keynote in these forums." "Eve's presentation (style and content) was well received by our audience. She was confident and adaptable with the use of the AV (especially when it wasn't happening on cue...) The audience remembered her key messages which is a sign of acceptance and value." 1800 774 777 in Australia |

Andrew Ward of Daws Rd Centre had the following to say; "I showed Young Man Desperate to Impress DVD. It was well received by the groups that saw it and gave basis for discussion with them about interview preparation, not over-doing it, not being a 'try-hard'." Eve, who was the National Winner in 1999 of the Westpac Business Owner's Award at the Telstra Business Women's Awards, has been running leadership programs and counselling training for MSI, and has been mentoring Suzanne though the process. Seven Dimensions has been busy delivering a wide range of workshops to Day Neilson, IOOF, MSI, Equity Trustees, and Lend Lease in the last few weeks and over the next 2 weeks Eve Ash will be personally running workshops at RMIT, MSIA Regional Managers conference in Bangkok, IOOF in Sydney and MSI in Sydney. DVDs are gaining popularity! We have noticed that over 80% of our sales in the last few months have been DVDs - and clients are delighted to have the small stylish boxes on their shelves, and are now saying they see the VHS as old fashioned and clunky! In the first year of Seven Dimensions (1980) we produced 16mm films, and within a couple of years, we started selling videos on 3/4" - that was clunky! ASK EVE! A new feature on our website is the ASK EVE section where you can ask workplace problem questions and have Eve reply. Check out the questions so far. |
