Verna Allee, M.A., is a pioneer in value networks, knowledge management, and new business models. Through her own global value network she consults with companies like Cisco, Boeing, Scottish Enterprise, Telenor and Hydro Aluminum in Norway, Kimberly-Clark, AgResearch (New Zealand), Mayo Clinic, Environment Canada, The Institute of Public Health Ireland, The Ministry of Defense UK, and The World Conservation Union (IUCN in Geneva).

Her ValueNet Works" methodology is being widely adopted by organizations and purposeful networks around the globe as a foundational methodology for understanding complex adaptive organizations and value creation in the knowledge economy. She is a Fellow of the World Business Academy and advisor to the European Commission and the Ethical Business Television series. She is visiting professor at Greenwich University (London), Hanken Business School (Helsinki), University of Waikato (New Zealand), and CBA Business School in Zagreb (Croatia).

Her publications include The Future of Knowledge: Increasing Prosperity through Value Networks (2003) and The Knowledge Evolution (1997), continuing best sellers in knowledge management field.
